All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or promotions, but we always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We currently ship from California, USA, and at this time we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on USPS and your location. Standard delivery typically takes:

Aftercare Spray Shipping

Our aftercare spray is saline-based and ships safely under USPS guidelines. All products are packaged carefully to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Bodys & Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery location first.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Policy (Body Jewelry)

Due to the nature of piercing jewelry and sanitation concerns, all sales are final.

Please be responsible as a buyer to know your appropriate jewelry size for your piercing location and ear anatomy.

Our Return Policy states no returns or exchanges on body jewelry.
