Why Titanium?

Best Metal Used For Piercings

Titanium is widely considered the best metal for body piercings because it is extremely biocompatible, lightweight, and highly resistant to corrosion. Implant-grade titanium contains no nickel, which is one of the most common causes of allergic reactions and irritation in piercings. This makes it an excellent choice for both fresh piercings and sensitive skin. Titanium is also very strong while remaining much lighter than other metals, allowing jewelry to be comfortable for long-term wear without putting unnecessary pressure on the piercing. Because it does not easily tarnish or react with moisture, sweat, or body chemistry, titanium helps maintain a clean healing environment and reduces the risk of complications during the healing process.

Threadless Jewelry

Easier to Switch-Out & Stays in Better

Threadless jewelry uses a simple and secure pressure-fit design that makes it easy to insert, remove, and change your jewelry without traditional screw threads. The jewelry consists of two pieces: a hollow post and a decorative top with a small pin. The pin is slightly bent before insertion, and when it is pushed into the post it creates gentle tension that holds the top firmly in place. This tension fit keeps the jewelry secure during everyday wear while still allowing it to be easily removed when you want to change the top. Because there are no threads, threadless jewelry is smooth and comfortable, making it especially ideal for new piercings and long-term wear.

What is PVD Gold?

A Gold Shine That Lasts

Titanium PVD gold coating is a modern process that bonds a thin layer of real gold-colored titanium nitride to the surface of implant-grade titanium using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). During this process, the coating is applied in a vacuum chamber where the material is vaporized and fused to the jewelry at a molecular level. This creates a finish that is far more durable than traditional gold plating. Unlike gold-plated jewelry, which simply places a thin layer of gold on the surface that can quickly wear off or flake, PVD coatings are highly resistant to scratching, fading, and tarnishing. When applied to implant-grade titanium, PVD gold jewelry maintains the lightweight, hypoallergenic qualities of titanium while offering the rich appearance of gold, making it a longer-lasting and more reliable option for body jewelry.
